webpage not available

  From my phone I click on the WP app and then click view site. It then gives me a webpage not available.
  I’ve uninstalled after 2 days of playing around with every other scenario i could think of.
  Its still down. Any help out there? I’m starting to get really annoyed that I can’t speak with anyone regarding this.
