Webpage not available

    Hello,

    My website http://www.scotfog.com has not been available for a few days, which is weird, because, its twin blog, http://www.frenchscotfog.com works perfectly well.

    I have purchased both domains through wordpress and still can access dashboards and the preview websites. We tried several computers in several locations and it’s all the same. However, it seems like if we use a direct link to one of my posts on scotfog.com (which we tried through Facebook), we actually land on the good webpage.

    Have you got any idea what the problem could be ?

    Hello Chloe,
    I see that scotfog.com is working, but http://www.scotfog.com is not.

    I checked the domain using the diagnostic tool. Clicking “more information” showed the custom DNS entries. There’s one for the Google site verification that begins, “TXT www”. I think that line may be causing the problem, but I’m not certain so I’ve tagged this for a WordPress.com staff member to help out.

    Hello clomaya!

    I checked your account and changed the custom DNS you had with the “www”, like @micawbr said. DNS changes can take up to 72 hours to work, so, I suggest you try to load your site again in the next couple days. :)
