  Website is not loading. I get this message when I go to the site.
  Error thrown
  Call to undefined function ctype_upper()

  How do I fix this?

  Correct account: Yes

  Also, http://www.heartbeatsilentdisco.com uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
