webpage set up inquiry

  My webpage says that my theme is active (premium Business Directory) but it looks nothing like what I was expecting to see; all I see is a gray page with five bullet points in the top left corner. When I try to change the background image, the image I wanted uploaded ok but the background on the webpage is still a plain gray slate. Furthermore, the webpage tab reads ‘Customize: Loading…’ at all times without ever completing loading. Help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Brae

  What’s the address (URL) of the site you’re referring to above? Is it a WordPress.com site or a WordPress.org site?
