Webpage works, admin URL changed, can’t access WordPress Dashboard

Hello,
I’ve been trying to update my site to WordPress 6.4.2. I was on my dashboard this morning and either accidentally changed the admin URL or something else and I’m now having issues.
I can type in my website in a browser window and it takes me to my site that I set up through my WordPress account but I can’t see my dashboard or anything like that. I’ve looked through the forums and tried various things and can’t fix it. Can you please help?
