  Have a Webshippy warehouse solution, need to build a website on wordpress that links to that via WooCommerce; need to know if the Commerce option in Built By WordPress can support all this. Need to speak to a human.

  The Commerce plan would be sufficient to build just about any ecommerce site you might need, and is powered by the WooCommerce eCommerce plugin, so it should connect to your Webshippy account (using the official plugin they have created) without issue.
