  Hi

  I want to create a webshop for my mother’s business with WordPress.

  What webshop plugin and an according template can you recommend? I can customize the template and the plugin because I’m familiar with CSS, HTML and JavaScript. It would be good if it is german. Moreover, it is a Swiss webshop, so if there are some functions about specific law or payments, it would be great. And last but not least, it should be for free or cost not much.

  I have another problem. I want to let the employees of my mother to add products and so on. But I don’t want that they can do this through WordPress because this would be to difficult for them. I think about an separate page, e.g. http://www.myshop.com/admin, where they can login and just add new products etc.

  How can this be done in a simple way?

  You cannot use plugins on a WordPress.com blog. You can embed an eshop ONLY if you buy the $300 per year business upgrade.

  You can, however, use the Paypal Buy It Now button on any WordPress.com blog without upgrading. http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/

  If you want employees to be able to add items but not do so through WordPress.com, that is not possible. I recommend you make them Authors, so their posts do not go live but require the supervision of an editor to approve them.
