Webshop not found

  Hello

  Today when I checked my shop, it said ‘Webshop not found.’

  I’m not sure whether this is caused by the domain name host, or WordPress/WooCommerce. But I’m assuming WordPress since the domain name host couldn’t possibly have an automatic message specifically for webshops.

  We’re losing customers at the moment. What should I do to fix this?

  Hi Ruben – It appears you are writing about a site on the self-hosted side of WordPress (better know as WordPress.org). WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  For support for a WordPress.org site, please go to the support forums there at https://wordpress.org/support/

  I would also check with your hosting company.
