  say if i wanted to do an anime streaming website using wordpress, how would i go about doing this?

  WordPress.COM would be a bad choice for that. You’d want to be over at WordPress.ORG, where you could use Flash and other features that aren’t available here.

  No you would have to find your own hosting service (The WordPress software is FREE)

  For self-hosted blogs, you need to be looking around over at http://wordpress.ORG/ as that is where the software for self-hosted blogs are supported.

  Since we can’t do plugins here we know virtually nothing about them. You need to get help over at .ORG.
