  I want to create a website the monthly fee is Ok,but paying it all at once is a problem,example I can afford $4 per month ,but presently I cannot afford to pay $48 all at once,is there a way that I can pay each month rather than all at once?

  I’m afraid upgrades are charged annually in advance (or for 2 years to get a discount) not monthly.
