  Trying to locate my original website spiralsproutsofhouston.com or Spiralsproutsofhouston.wordpress.com I understand because it has expired. But I don’t wanna pay for the second account. One is saying $18, the other one is saying Gsuit, $72 (I really didn’t need that update) I am not going to end up paying for something that’s not applicable. I didn’t have access to the actual website before so I don’t know what my best options are besides canceling completely both accounts.

  Yoru site spiralsproutsofhouston.com is hosted with Automattic. At the moment it is showing that the domain has expired.

  By default, a subscription is set to automatically renew to ensure there’s no disruption in your services, loss of features, or loss of your custom domain name. Automatic renewal ensures that everything is taken care of in advance and allows time to resolve any issues with payment.

  Looks like you might have turned off the auto-renewal feature.

  There is no need to cancel any of your accounts. I will tag this thread for staff attention so that they can get your issue resolved.
