  Hi i just want to ask if i can create and how for a blog and at the same time a store as well in wordpress?

  Sure thing, you can have a site with a store and a blog:

  To create a store, you’d want to consider either plan Business or eCommerce, both will allow you to install WooCommerce, but the eCommerce plan comes with some extensions already preinstalled:
