  Hi there,

  You can create a page by going to My Site > Site > Pages > Add New Page. You’ll probably have a few already-made template pages too.
  https://wordpress.com/support/pages/.
  After that, do you have any more questions? If so, ask them here :)
  If you’re just starting with WordPress, https://wordpress.com/learn might be a good place to start.
