  I initially started a blog a few years ago and then it lapsed. I have recently renewed the subscription with you guys and now want to rebuild the website. Can you help me in reactivating the website. I think the domain was through BlueHost but I have been unable to renew with them because their website keeps adding GST/VAT after I click on pay so my bank is not accepting the changed details. Can I get another webhost to use the same domain since I originally paid for it when I signed up a few years ago.

  Hi there!

  You can transfer the domain to WordPress.com, however, if it expired, you would need to renew it first and that must be done via Bluehost.

  Also, I don’t see any sites or upgrades here on your account. What is the address of the site you’re referring to?
