    I bought a website through you and obviously if it’s up and running I had to create a an email address and user name which said I didn’t exist and created the exact same one. Are you a scam and do I need to report you? I want email support!!!

    Can you tell us the URL of the site you need help with?

    The wayfrmaine account you’re using to post here is only an hour old, and has never existed on WordPress.com before you created it an hour ago. Likewise the email address you used to create this account has not been in use with any other WordPress.com account, else you wouldn’t have been able to use it with another account.

    If you’ve definitely had an account with this username and email, then those are the admin user credentials for a stand-alone WordPress site at another hosting provider.

    In that case you’ve not bought anything from WordPress.com, and you should find the login page for your admin account at example.com/wp-login.php – that admin account has no connection at all to WordPress.com.
