    Hi,

You have two posts, “About,” and “What I Do.” Neither one has a category assigned to it. Therefore each of them is in the “Uncategorized” category page. You can remove the “Uncategorized” link from the sidebar widget in various ways, including the following:

    1. Republish the content of the two posts in duplicate static pages; pages don’t have categories. Then either change the status of each of the posts to draft, or delete them.
    2. Add at least one category to each post.
    3. Remove the categories widget from the sidebar widget area.

What is the website address? Is it a WordPress.com website? This forum is exclusively for issues regarding WordPress.com accounts and websites.

    musicdoc1,

My apologies. It was actually my post I was reading. So please ignore “and like you,” on the 2nd para of my last post.

Which links are you referring to? I find that the custom menu links work properly, all six of them.

All six links in the horizontal menu work for me as well.

If you’d like to edit what widgets appear in your sidebar (the area to the left of the blog posts), check out this doc:

Sorry, I wasn’t clear. When I first posted this matter, I didn’t know I could use the menu (it was discovered by chance after that).

What I did earlier was instead of using the menu, I use the primary bar and put the link for each of the tab into category (if that make sense). That was when only 2 out of the 6 links worked. I was thinking of putting the tabs on the left side of the page rather than the top (as in the menu). But it doesn’t matter now (top or side), most important is that it works.

But thanks again for your help. Much appreciated.

    Hi erynpaulwrites,

That’s right, it’s the widgets that i was having trouble with.

Thanks a lot to you helpful people.
