  Do I have a paid or free site? I get billed each month. Also do I have SSL set up on my site? I don’t know how to tell.

  Hi. About your first question, if you go to https://wordpress.com/purchases/subscriptions/, you can see your active purchases as much as your billing history.
  Regarding your second question, WordPress.com automatically installs SSL certificates to all WP.com sites. To learn more about it, read HTTPS and SSL.

  Hi there,

  Of what site are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, you’ll be paying that hosting provider for the hosting services they provide to you. In that case, please contact support at your hosting provider directly for more help with this. They’ll also be able to help you install SSL on your site if you don’t have that yet.
