Thanks for your response. The web address should be:
http://www.jerrellsteele.com/. All the communications we have posted for our website has historically used this name without “wordpress” in it (ie: social media, web postings, etc). Screenshot coming. -

Ok, many thanks for that additional information.
It doesn’t look like that domain is registered with WordPress.com and needs to be mapped to WordPress.com servers from the domain registrar.

It keeps bringing me back to purchasing a plan. Can you tell me the plan we had previously? I’m looking in the purchases folder and it does not show that we’ve paid anything before to use this?

You originally did not have a plan. I took a closer look and I believe you were stuck in a loop where something was added to your cart and preventing you from getting this setup correctly. I’ve cleared your cart and checked on the mapping for your domain (which was already set to use our servers). It all looks to be working now. Can you check your site at jerrellsteele.com and let us know if all is well? Thanks!
