  How much is the package for building a website and connecting to my domain, CMS, SSL, and all that

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  You need to set up a free site on WordPress.com before you can connect your existing domain with it.

  You can connect your existing domain with any paid WordPress.com plan.

  Please note that every WordPress.com site is protected by SSL certificates provided by Let’s Encrypt.
