    Below is what comes up when you got to http://www.eldareads.com. I don’t know why. I don’t have any emails from WordPress and need to know what the problem is and how I may have it resolved. Thank you!

    Hi there,  

    I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.  

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
