    Hello,

    In march 2017 we developed a website (www.mmtrustindia.com), we purchased the domain name with ‘Go Daddy’.

    Now we want to log in on our dashboard, but the site has dissapeared.

    Can we recuperate this website? Everything is lost now…

    Hello Jeff,

    As the site was with GoDaddy, we wouldn’t have access to that, and we wouldn’t be able to restore that.

    Ideally you would need to reach out to GoDaddy support to recuperate that. Once done, I would recommend purchasing a back up solution like Jetpack back up, which can be purchased here – should something like this happen again in the future.

    Do you still have access to the domain settings, and if yes, is rebuilding the site likely if you can not access the site? If yes, I’d like to know more about the site and we can perhaps offer advice on how to rebuild that on WordPress.com whereby the site would have totally managed hosting.
