  i paid for WP website Saturday. I have bank transactions to prove it. My website is up at revelationskin.blog. But when it asks me to log in, my dashboard says i have free plan, and a different blank site comes up that is not my template. I paid for business acct.

  You created the account kalsup73 on Sep 3th, so it cannot own a a site and a paid plan you created on aug 31st. In short: you are logged in to the wrong account.

  Log out from current and log in again to the account connected to that site. To restore access, you must use the transaction id as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help
