  You can change your site title toward the top of your Settings page:
  https://wordpress.com/settings/general/

  If you scroll down that page, you’ll also see an option to change your site’s address.

  HI. Thanks got it. What is the address that I can give the people so they can go on? How do I find that??? So far only I can go on, no one else…… Thanks!
