  I have bought a domain ‘littleblackfish.se’ from zone.ee . I want to use the domain name here in wordpress, how can I do that?

  You will need a Premium or Business plan in order to do this.

  Do I need to pay again also? It says if “Already own a domain?
  Map this domain to use it as your site’s address. $13.00 /year” ?

  That $13/year is included in the price of the Premium and Business plans in the form of a free domain credit. This credit lets you purchase a new domain or map one that you already own. You will not need to pay that again/separately.
