  Hello, I bought .com custom domain, and after I purchased it, it says that I have the free domain that ends with wordpress.com, but I got charged a yearly cost for the website. What should I do?

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any upgrades in your account at the moment.

  It looks like you did try to buy one earlier today, but that purchase did not go through so you were never charged. It looks like the transaction was blocked by PayPal, so you will please need to contact them to find out why it was blocked.
