  I want to set up a website to help sell my house. Am I in the right spot? Is it the same as a blog? I saw a nice one done on WordPress but I”m not sure I’m doing this right.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Your site looks fine so far. A “blog” typically means a website in which the latest posts are displayed on the front page. That can be done with any WordPress.com site by changing a setting. Your site has the Edin theme activated and displays a static front page, with the Front Page Template assigned.

  You may remove the tint (called a “filter”) that darkens featured images such as the one on the front page by placing a check in the box at Customize > Theme Options > Featured Image: remove filter, then clicking the Save & Publish button.
