The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you trying to register a new WordPress.com site? In that case,if you got that message it just means that somebody else has chosen the url you wanted. Nothing you can do about it unfortunately. Except get an idea for an even better url =)

I own the URL, I had to make so many attempts to log in I lost the ability to design the page. The message said it was emailing me a link to change my password but all afternoon it never arrived. I logged in again from a different page and got right in only to find out some one had already registered the name-It was me. now the whole thing is so confusing, I was hoping you could straighten it out.

This is wordpress.COM support. We cannot answer any questions posted here accurately until we have the relevant URL and have confirmed hosting.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM. That support is found at http://wordpress.ORG/support/
(3) Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.com/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page. What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the wordpress.COM hosted site you refer to please?
And, exactly which wordpress.COM username account registered that site?
If you are referring to http://thewestendhillsborough.wordpress.com/ or any site hosted by wordpress.com read on please.
You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the site to be able to access the site. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.
If the login information has been lost go to

https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#lost-passwordIf required use the account recovery form

Hi, the URL is thewestendhillsborough.com
I am trying to set up a website, my log in information was not working all day yesterday and now as I try again today I am only being offered the free pages. Ultimately I would like it linked to my other wordpress website, silvestriproperties.com
If you could give me some guidance I would appreciate it

Hi there – Both silvestriproperties.com and thewestendhillsborough.com are registered through GoDaddy. To use these domains with WordPress.com you’d need to map them to your account.
To do that, you will want to add WordPress.com Personal Plan to your account and then follow these instructionsfor domain mapping.
silvestriproperties.com is redirecting to http://www.laurasilvestri.com which is a self hosted website.
There are 2 different versions of WordPress. What happens here at WordPress.com is a bit different from the self hosted version of WordPress.org. This guide outlines some of those differences.
To login to a self hosted website you add /wp-admin to the end of the url. For example https://silvestriproperties.com/wp-admin/
Help for self hosted WordPress sites is available at the WordPress.org support forums.
