  Hi I was trying to get my website back up after I missed the renewal for it. I can not find it? Please email me on my personal email (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you referring to please?

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, support docs and support forums, run different theme versions of themes with the same names, and many people get confused about the two.   When you allow your domain expire, it then goes through a process that can take several months to complete described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/.

  Hi @fesbatista, I noticed you purchased a plan, which was the right move. But somehow you also ended up with a site redirect. I’ve fixed that for you, mapped the domain using the credit from your plan, and refunded the extra £11.00. Cheers :)
