  If you are talking about your sub-domain address(http://scottznation.wordpress.com/), then you can change that from your domain manager: https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/

  And then, follow this guide to change your address: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  If you want to remove .wordpress.com part from your domain and want to have a custom domain like example.com then follow this support guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/register-domain/
