  Also is it possible to get the FTP code for website http://www.JayFarrant.com and http://www.personaltrainerdublin.wordpress.com

  It’s not possible to upload a custom theme to a WordPress.com site, nor do we allow FTP access:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
