Website 502 Error

  Hello,

  My website gives an 502 error anytime I try to visit the site. It says the site
  is no longer available. When I log on to wordpress it does say I’m running an old version of jetpack however when I try to upgrade it won’t allow. I would appreciate any help to solve this issue as soon as possible. I am very worried that all my posts and site information will be loss even after the issue is resolved. Please show me a way to fix the issue without my old post and site information being compromised. Thank you very much.

  P.S. I sent this very same email through your jetpack department and this is what I was sent back…Hopefully you guys have an answer.

  This isn’t a Jetpack issue, you’ll need to contact your web host to resolve whatever the problem is.

  Can you tell me what exactly the error is saying, such as “502 Bad Gateway Error”
