  is a Self Hosted WordPress website, you can try and access your admin login here
  https://emmshop.mystagingwebsite.com/wp-admin
  And try to recover as well.
  As this site is a Self Hosted site your best place to get help is WordPress org Support

  You might have to register an account there, if you don’t have one.
