  This is likely a result of a WordPress.org site, this is WordPress.com and the differences between the two can be found here:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  I would not worry too much as new users may just be subscribers to your site, however you may want to contact your hosting provider for more information. If you are not sure who your hosting provider is reply with your URL or put your URL in a site such as this one to find out.
