    I created a new email address in order to start a travel blog. However, it turns out that someone used the email address in 2013. As I wasn’t sure what was going on, I did a password reset and I can see no website has been created yet. Sadly, it doesn’t allow me to purchase a domain and tells me to contact support.

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    Hi there,

    It looks like this account has a suspended site – accounts with suspended sites cannot create new sites or buy any upgrades on WordPress.com.

    We don’t help with suspended sites in the forums, but it looks like you’ve also submitted an email support ticket, and that’s currently in the queue with our terms of service team. They’ll reply to you there once they get to your ticket in their queue.
