  I cannot access my website which is hosted by wordpress the site found at http://www.through-knowledge-gain-power.com. Unfortunately I can’t remember the user name or password that I used to set it up. Furthermore, we also have a wordpress blog that is connected through-knowledge-gain-power.com. called inspiringmotivations this was set up in 2015.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello!

  Looking at the Who Is Hosting for your site, through-knowledge-gain-power.com, its says that the webhost is Heart Internet, not WordPress.com. If this is the case, you would need to go to Heart Internet to be able to retrieve your username/password, as the WordPress.com forums can only provide support for sites hosted by WordPress.com. If you have questions, the WordPress.org forums here are available to help with sites that are not hosted with WordPress.
