Well it can only be (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff). I was locked out of my (email visible only to moderators and staff) email. I hope this help. My name is DeLisha Byrd in which (email visible only to moderators and staff) is in. My name is on the website. I just want to start a new website before I make another unless I can get access to the current one. I feel bad of what’s up there now because I can’t change it. I for sure you guys have protocol of user losing information and want to take down a website. Please advise

WordPress.COM and wordpress.ORG have different logins and are completely separate.
What is the URL of this Ascend Forever Academy site please?

This is wordpress.COM support. We do not provide support for local installs of wordpress.ORG software, or for wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. When it comes to WordPress.COM account recovery our Support Staff cannot help. Only Account Recovery Staff can.You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
