  I NEED TO MOVE A WEBSITE TO MY ACCOUNT AND I ALSO NEED TO BE ABLE TO EDIT THE SOURCE OF THE SITE ITSELF RATHER THAN THE VISUAL JAZZ ON THE WORDPRESS WEBAPP

  I’m thinking that you might be better served by using a self-hosted site using wordpress.org if you want direct access to the source code. You can read about the differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You will probably want to make the wordpress.com vs. wordpress.org decision before moving the website you mentioned. If you decide on staying with wordpress.com, let us know the details and we can help.
