  I believe my website was hosted by WordPress but has been deleted due to non-payment by the administrator. Is it possible for me to recover this site? Thanks

  Hi, it appears that those may have been using the self-hosted version of WordPress software from wordpress.ORG. (read the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/). That means that wordpress.COM was not the host for these websites.

  I will tag a mod/staff member to see if they can doublecheck.

  The domains are paid until the expiration dates shown. Neither website is reachable and the person who administered them refuses to provide any info. I’m guessing he has not paid for the server he was using. I am trying to reach the server and pay, if that’s the problem, and retrieve my websites.
  Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi there,

  As indicated in the Whois data that @themagicrobot included above, those domains are neither hosted nor registered with us, so we’re not able to help with this.

  You’ll neeed to contact Network Solutions and eNom respectively regarding the ownership of those domains. For access to the sites you’ll need to contact the hosting providers as well.

  WhoIsHostingThis? indicates that each of those sites is hosted by Slicehost.

  I’ve found Whoishostingthis to be unreliable as their info is not always up to date.

  stephencraigtransport.com is using Network Solution’s name servers, so they are also the host in that case.

  piedmontfederaltransport.com is using the name servers for https://www.spectrumbusiness.net, so they would be the ones hosting that domain.
