  We have been blogging for a number of weeks and have also been posting them on out website. It has come to our attention that this may be a criticism on our site for having duplicated content. Is there a way around this? e.g. a wordpress widget on out site that shows out posts?

  I looked at your WordPress.com blog and see that you have Posts that appear on the front page AND those same posts appear in your RSS Feed widget in your sidebar. Is this the duplicate content about which you’re concerned?

  You do not need the feed for your own site on your blog. This is repetitive. In order to remove it, go to Appearance → Widgets and delete the RSS widget from your Primary Widget Area.
