  Hi I already have a website built with godaddy however, i am not able to build an effective members area. I would like to know the process to bring my website over to wordpress

  Hi there,

  To have a membership-based site on WordPress.com you will need a Business Plan upgrade so you can install a membership plugin, and most of them don’t work very well with WordPress.com, so I wouldn’t recommend migrating to us if that’s the type of site you want.

  I would recommend you instead ask for advice in the WordPress.org on which membership plugins are best to use and for help setting those up.
