  Can you please confirm the URL of your website?

  OceanWP is a plugin for the OceanWP themes. At WordPress.com, you can install a plugin only if you have the Business Plan.

  It sounds like you’re having a self-hosted WordPress website. I hope you know that WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different platforms. To learn more, please read this.
