  Hi there,

  350/month means it will cost you 350INR per month and yearly 4200 INR.
  (350 INR x 12 months).

  There is no monthly payment here. WordPress.com plans are being billed yearly and unless you opt-out they will automatically renew. 30 days after purchasing a plan you have the option to request a refund.

  And just to add to the information @nrpatil0408 provided, WordPress.com won’t make your website for you. WordPress.com will be able to offer support for when you run into any issues or have any questions though. The Premium Plan offers additional features, such as the ability to upload videos, or join the WordAds programme, or even customise CSS to enhance your websites. :)
