  I don’t believe WordPress.com can currently accept incoming .es domain transfers. But you could purchase an upgraded plan and keep that domain where it is and map it to a WordPress.com site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  aha, I do understand of upgrating, could You explain to me mapping?
  so if I have from godaddy, could I fully manage from wordpress business plan, and I do not have to pay godaddy extra cost?
