  My website, http://www.leenunndds.com, was designed on the WordPress Platform. I need to update some office photos and my website designer cannot access the platform to make changes. Register.com hosts my website and they are at a loss. They have indicated that there is some type of ‘disconnect’ between WordPress and Register – the platform that my website was designed on is ‘older.??’ Can some please help, especially since there does not seem to a human being to speak with.

  Your site uses WordPress 3.6.1 which is outdated, but you’ll still be able to login and make changes. You won’t be able to do that from here, unfortunately. WordPress.com is a hosting company.

  You’re asking for help for a WordPress powered site, not a site hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.

  You’ll want to use the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ for any support on managing your site. Hope that helps to point you in the right direction!
