  I pay someone to do my website and the use you guys for the domain. I was tracking that March was when I had to renew and pay another 90 dollar. But now I can not log or find my page on the internet. http://Www.arbnotary.com

  Hi arbnotary,

  It looks like your website (arbnotary.com) is a WordPress.ORG self-hosted site through GoDaddy. Although this forum is for WordPress.COM users (which is a completely different product), I will try to help.

  It looks like you can follow this video walkthrough after logging into your GoDaddy account. Most likely you are using GoDaddy for the domain and hosting, but use WordPress.ORG for your themes and plugins.

  If you have any trouble logging in, you may want to reach out to your web developer for info.

  Hi @arbnotary,

  Your website doesn’t seem to be hosted by WordPress.com, instead it is using the WordPress.org software on your own server (self-hosted). This forum is for providing support only for websites hosted on WordPress.com

  There are two versions of WordPress – WordPress.com and WordPress.org. You can find more information about the differences between them here.

  I would suggest that you contact your hosting provider as it looks like you have exceeded the bandwidth limit and most likely you need to upgrade your hosting plan.
