  Hello There,

  I can see that your website is marked as private!

  The Site Privacy setting controls who can view your site, allowing you to make the site private or public. To access this setting.

  Are you able to log into your WordPress account?

  If you can please follow the steps below to change it to public.

  • Go to My Site → Settings and look for Privacy on the General tab.
  • Change it to Public.
  • Save settings

  Hi Lucrezia,

  That site is owned by a different WordPress.com account. If you still have access to the email connected to that account, you can enter that email address in the password recovery form:

  https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  If that doesn’t work, in order to regain access to that account, we’ll need one of the following things:

  * A transaction ID for any upgrades purchased for the account

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/

  * The WordPress.com account activation link, which we sent to your email address when you first registered with us.
