  This is a dead link it is not clickable: https://cloudup.com/ccKB92yJZkD
  when you click on that link and hover over the face it just move the little square up and down the screen. It is not clickable. Try clicking it and let me know what happen.

  You are intentionally trying not to this problem and pretending that you do not understand what my problem is.
  I deal with so many hosting company and I must say that yours are the worst, imagine you cannot fix a simple problem because you mess up my previous blog, took my money and refuse to fix the problem.

  Hi Eileen,

  We’re really trying hard to solve this problem for you. Here’s the issue:

  You’re logged in under the username “eileenroberts”. In order to access “workwitheileenblog.wordpress.com” and “workwitheileenblog.com”, you will need to be logged in under your other account.

  It seems like the logout process is where we’re running into trouble. Jeremey created a screencast of how to log out. If you click the following link, you should see a video of him going through the steps you’ll need to take on WordPress.com:

  Here are the steps in list order:

  1. Navigate to WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/
  2. Hover over the photo on the top right-hand side of the screen and click Sign Out
  3. Navigate back to WordPress.com and click “Login” on the top right. You should now see a login screen.
  4. Login with your other credentials (not eileenroberts)

  Can you please follow those steps? If you run into trouble, please let me know the number of the step where you get stuck.

  If that doesn’t work for you, you might also want to try logging in to your other account in a different browser. You can download the latest versions of popular browser here: http://browsehappy.com/
