  Hello im going to be making a website for someone but i dont have any of there information. Can i create the website with my info and then transfer it to them, and change the info like name, address, email, and admin later?

  Hi,

  Yes, a WordPress.com site may be transferred to a different account at any time. The transfer would involve a change of site owner, username, and account email address, etc. See the Transferring a Site to Another WordPress.com Account support page.
