  Hi,
  Unfortunately due to the changing of our SEA-BBS board and transferring of bank account info, we’ve recently gotten our new credit card and it seems our website is expired. Is there any chance we can get it back by renewing today with our new card?

  The domain can still be renewed at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases under the account which owns the domain.

  It’s the account belonging to the email address that the renewal notifications were sent to.

  If you don’t recall the password, we have some options for you at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  thx so much but when I go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases, the message says we don’t have any wordpress sites yet.

  That message is showing because you are not signed in to the correct account. You’ll need to sign out of seabbsbbpschools. Then use the email address where your notification about renewal was delivered to sign back in correctly. Once you’re in the right account you’ll have the renewal option at wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  I had two websites first https://mdbsinternetmarketinghomestore.net the second https://thepooraffiliate.com plus a blog https://mdbsfreeadvise.wordpress.com

  I login-in today and they say that I have no websites or a blog.

  Hi @markderrickboisvert91 your response was stuck in spam. Sorry about that.

  You have more than one account, and this one doesn’t have any associated sites. All three of the sites you listed are associated with a different username. Please log out and log back in with the account you used to create those sites.

  You can add the “modlook” tag for staff help, and just mention one of the sites since they’re all tied to the same account.
