  hi, i have a website with you guys created by 30 min logos
  the website is down and i cannot log in

  thye want me to pay 500 to get it back live and im not paying that because i haven’t done anything to the site

  There is more than one version of “wordpress”. This particular forum assists with free sites hosted at WordPress.com. What is the address of your site and where is it hosted? If it is hosted elsewhere and created with the WordPress.org software there is a separate support forum (you’d need to register an account there):
